Yes! You can file claims with your insurance company with hope-iatry™ as an out-of-network provider. See the Fees & Payment section of the website for more information or contact us at support@hope-iatry.com.

If you discover that you will not be able to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule to ensure continuity in the therapeutic process. Cancellations may be coordinated up to one day prior to the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.

We understand that life happens. If you realize that you have missed a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule to ensure continuity in the therapeutic process. The first no-show in the previous six months will result in a $50 fee. A second no-show in the previous six months will result in a fee equal to the billing amount of the scheduled appointment. A third no-show in the previous six months will result in a fee equal to the billing amount of the scheduled appointment and dismissal from the practice.
